Harness engineering

A model completes a prompt. A harness is the framework around it: who can use the product, whether it is safe, how the client is built, and what you learn once it is in production.

    Accessibility

    WCAG on the web client, and the same intent on mobile: names, focus, contrast, and type that scales. One product stays usable on both surfaces.

  2. 02

    Security

    SAST and SCA in the pipeline, and penetration testing before a release is called done. A finding counts when it has a reachable path in the product.

  3. 03

    Production assurance

    Sentry and Crashlytics on the running product. Crashes and regressions show up with a trace, while the release is still yours to fix.

  4. 04

    Client architecture

    MVC, MVP, and MVVM, chosen per surface. UI, state, and side effects stay in separate places so a web client and a mobile client can share a contract.

  5. 05

    Agent contract

    MCP, skills, and tools with explicit permissions. The model acts through the harness, with context and guardrails attached, on web and mobile alike.
